We have experienced individuals who have undertaken several Water Use License Applications (WULA) for clients in different sectors in terms of the National Water Act of 1998. The water uses in terms of the Act includes water storage, extraction of groundwater, discharge of waste into a water resource, release of effluents and undertaking activities within a watercourse that would either impede, divert and/or divert the water flow, and effluents waste management such as Pollution Control Dams (PCD).
We engage with clients to determine if their proposed activities are listed in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations as amended. We provide guidance in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (107 of 1998). We are experienced in undertaking the EIA Process both the Basic Assessment Process and the Scoping and Environmental Impact Report Process.
Where clients have undertaken listed activities without Environmental Authorisations (EA), we assist with the application for legalisation of the activities through Section 24 G of the NEMA.

The study of subsurface geological strata and their interaction with water, we investigate aquifer yields, underground water recharge, quality and impact assessment, and contamination flow simulation. The quality and quantity of underground water must be determined to protect the aquifers and ensure uninterrupted supply to other water users as well as ensuring continuous groundwater recharge.
